Events in Egypt are at a turning point.
The movement has forced Mubarak toannounce his departure, but demonstrators are demanding he goes now.
Pro-Mubarak thugs - many of them clearly plain clothes police - are trying tocreate a strategy of tension, violently attacking protesters in Tahrir square.The next few days are crucial to what happens next. We are therefore calling a demonstration in solidarity with the Egyptian uprising this Sunday.
